Ian Sanderson, Managing Director ian@sandersoncontractsltd.co.uk

With an apprenticeship in joinery Ian has developed his practical knowledge into management roles within a number of contracting companies ranging from estimating to contracts management. Ian takes an active role in the majority of projects concentrating on programming. Ian manages our team of experienced contracts managers and is used as a “sounding board” for site issues.


Andrew Kneeshaw, Commercial Director andrew@sandersoncontractsltd.co.uk

Andrew joined SCL in 2003 coming from a PQS background. His detailed knowledge of sector costs and core client expectations has added significantly to our excellent growth. Andrew’s team deals with the co-ordination, purchasing, estimating and surveying functions.


David Robinson, Operations Director david@sandersoncontractsltd.co.uk

David has been with SCL since its launch and has expanded his role through University training and development of internal systems which enable the effective management and tracking of the project process including concentration on perfecting our approach to client after care.

James Mason, Financial Director accounts@sandersoncontractsltd.co.uk

James has also been with SCL since its launch prior to which he held similar positions for contracting companies. James is a key member of the team ensuring effective management of all financial systems and providing up to the minutes cost information to allow others to actively manage their resources.
